Every last Wednesday of the month we meet in Dynamo Eindhoven for a monthly Brainfreeze Club session. Each session, a new theme is discussed. These sessions are offered in English to be as inclusive as possible. The Brainfreeze Club is always organized by us, but is hosted by someone different every time. In this way, together with our speakers, we keep The Brainfreeze Club diverse and innovative.
Workshops
During our workshops you will make contact with your emotions and thoughts in a pleasant way. We let you look critically at yourself, but also give you the opportunity to spar with others and gain new insights. Be inspired and experience personal growth.

About US
We are The Brainfreeze Club, a club of young adults from Eindhoven who organize workshops focused on mental well-being. Not heavy loaded, but just a fun and enjoyable evening where we discuss topics that help us and our visitors with personal development. We do this through speakers who offer tools to get started and who provide information on various topics, all in the spirit of development and well-being. There is also room for interaction with each other. The Brainfreeze Club is all about a moment of reflection and awareness. It is important to know that it is not about heavy topics such as depression, but more about things such as: the balance between physical & mental health, calming your nervous system and much more!
