During this workshop we will explore loneliness together, of course in a Brainfreeze way. Join us in our interactive and low-key session where we dive deep in to the experiences of loneliness - what it can be, how we can recognize it and how we can embrace it as a part of our journey.

Whether you’re looking to understand your own feelings better or simply want to connect with others in a supportive environment, this session is for you.

We will always have a snack and a drink ready for you during the session.
